Hello! I am Mohammad Arya, a dedicated scholar of Arabic Language and Linguistics at Mohamed Bin Zayed University for Humanities (MBZUH), Ajman. I bridge the gap between traditional linguistic depth and modern conversational fluency.
Teaching Methodology
My approach is grounded in Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) and Applied Linguistics. Instead of dry rote memorization, I use:
The Natural Approach: Focusing on "Comprehensible Input" to help you understand the language before deep-diving into complex grammar.
Contextual Grammar: Learning Nahwu (syntax) and Sarf (morphology) through actual texts and conversation, not just isolated rules.
Contrastive Analysis: Using my linguistic background to help you overcome specific challenges that non-native speakers face.
Lesson Structure & Duration
A typical session lasts 60 to 90 minutes, structured as follows:
Warm-up (10m): Free conversation in Arabic to build "muscle memory."
Core Lesson (40-60m): Interactive breakdown of linguistic concepts or literature.
Practical Application (15m): Real-world scenario practice or writing exercises.
Qualifications
I am currently an active student of Arabic Language and Linguistics at MBZUH. Being immersed in an academic environment in the UAE allows me to provide you with authentic Modern Standard Arabic (Fusha) and insights into linguistic nuances that you won't find in standard textbooks.
