I am a passionate yoga instructor and naturopathy student dedicated to promoting holistic health through yoga. I conduct online sessions for all age groups and levels, focusing on asanas, pranayama, relaxation, and therapeutic practices. My goal is to help to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and build a healthy lifestyle by making yoga simple, safe, and accessible for everyone.
