About Tami
Tami is a wife and a mom of 3 young adults. She enjoys scuba diving, camping, hiking, and paddle boarding. Tami is from Brigantine, NJ. A small island off of Atlantic City, NJ. She made her way to Las Vegas in 2008. In 2009, Tami was seeking something to immerse herself in and she found something special that brought her peace and clarity, a yoga practice. This joy led her to a place of wanting to share yoga with others and so her journey of teaching came to fruition. Teaching yoga is her passion. As a teacher, Tami is warm, friendly, and very welcoming. Grounding students in an ongoing awareness of breath while guiding them through poses with clear direction, modeling and hands-on adjustments. Providing an experience that students of all levels can easily modify. She combines innovative sequencing, playfulness, and inspiration to help her students deepen their practice.

I have been practicing under Tami for several years, some of the things that I appreciate is Tami always encouraging us to work towards the level we feel that particular day and offering multiple modifications to us as her students. Tami has continued offering zoom classes - which started during covid - and that has really worked with my schedule. Tami has a warm, welcoming personality that fosters a community and many of the others in the group are not just fellow Yogis but friends. Tami offers classes that are tailored to our unique physical goals as well as some unique and interesting workshops.
Tami is an excellent yoga instructor; she is knowledgeable in postures and alignment, inclusive, and makes everyone feel seen. Tami's classes are well planned and she offers modifications to make it as easy as you want or as challenging as you want. She is one of the best!
