About Omar
I started my career on an oil rig in Dubai. I ended up building a game-based learning company internationally. Nothing about that path was planned, and that's exactly what makes me a different kind of teacher.
The story behind the sessions
I spent 15+ years working across three continents, in engineering, business development, and education. I built a company from scratch, ran workshops across multiple industries, and published courses that reached learners worldwide. And somewhere along that journey, I discovered something that changed how I think about education:
"The skills that actually shape careers are never taught in classrooms."
Communication. Critical thinking. Negotiation. Decision making under pressure. Entrepreneurial courage. These are the skills I had to learn the hard way, in boardrooms, on rigs, in failed pitches, and in moments where I had no roadmap. Now I teach them through the most effective method I know: experience-based, game-driven learning.
How I teach
My approach is built on one belief: people learn best when they're playing, not sitting. Every session I design puts you inside a scenario, a negotiation, a startup pitch, a leadership challenge, a real business decision, and lets you figure it out. Then we unpack what happened and why.
No death-by-PowerPoint. No recycled frameworks. Just real situations, honest feedback, and skills you'll actually use the next day.

Beyond the CV
I'm genuinely obsessed with learning: not the kind that happens in lecture halls, but the kind that happens when you're stuck, challenged, or surprised. I design my sessions the way I'd want to be taught: direct, engaging, a little unexpected, and always grounded in what actually works in the real world.

What my sessions actually look like
Every session is built around a real scenario, challenge, or simulation, not a textbook case study. You'll negotiate, decide under pressure, communicate your way out of a tough situation, pitch an idea, or lead a team through a crisis. Then we debrief what happened, what you did, and what you'd do differently.
The skills stick because you lived them, not because you memorized them.
Who you're learning from
I'm not a trainer who read about entrepreneurship. I'm someone who built startups from scratch in Europe and MENA, ran business development across the Gulf and Southeast Asia, published courses that reached a global audience, and designed game-based learning programs for innovation hubs and tech companies across the Arab world.
15+ years of real decisions, real pressure, and real outcomes; that's what I bring into every session.
