About Nadja-Maurina
My life changed when I took part in a course about happiness four years ago. This course showed me how everything is connected and how important it is to maintain balanced health of body and mind. I decided to be vegetarian, started to meditate and live mindfully. Later on, I became vegan and started studying complementary medicine. My first subject was nutrition. I discovered my purpose in life: To make this world a better place; to get people to connect with each other; to make them smile and guide them to a happier, healthier and sustainable life. At this point, I recognised what I really want to do with my life and that I need to share it with everyone in the world. As a vegan, it is important to follow a balanced diet, to feel good, energised and be full of life. This is where a balanced body and mind can help us. I want to make people aware of this opportunity, to show them it is their life and that they themselves pull the strings of it. I want to make this world greater!
