About Alexandra
Hi, I'm Alex!
I help women who struggle with self-esteem and low confidence to overcome their limiting beliefs and become their most Significant Self.
Growing up as the youngest in a dysfunctional family, I experienced abuse that led to me having a low self-esteem, a lot of self-doubt and insecurities, and strong feelings of being unworthy and unlovable.
After many years of suppressing my emotions and hiding my struggles behind people-pleasing, alcohol, drugs, and Netflix, I struggled with depression and was on the verge of suicide at 15.
Fast forward 5 years, I’ve invested over $20k in my personal growth and worked with multiple coaches and modalities to help me heal from trauma, reprogram my beliefs, and ultimately, achieve my childhood dreams of becoming a model, dancer, and Miss Universe Finalist.
Today, I’m with my dream partner, travelling the world, feeling the most loved, at peace and fulfilled I’ve ever felt in my life.
It is now my mission to help you do the same.
