About Lila
For several years, I have been supporting artists, entrepreneurs, musicians, craftspeople or adults in professional retraining through personalized coaching sessions, reflection or strategy on their personal future or their professional projects.
Listening , caring and available, I turned to coaching to help those who need support, whether on a personal or professional level.
I am committed to helping others and I favor active listening to lead you towards your life path, the one that suits you best. My mission is to help you to feel at your place in your life, to overcome blockages or solve problems so that you move forward in a serene and fulfilled way.
I am committed to supporting you until you are autonomous on a project, freed from your negative emotions, manage a stressful situation to anticipate and organize yourself better ... I adapt to any profile and situation to find the answers that best suit you.
