I’m a qualified life coach with over 29 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. With a background in social work and a postgraduate diploma in psychology, I specialise in working with women who’ve experienced trauma, domestic abuse, or gender-based violence. My approach is supportive, practical, and focused on helping you regain clarity, confidence, and control over your next steps. I offer a safe and judgement-free space where we work together to build the future you deserve, at your pace, on your terms.

With 29+ years’ experience of working with people and a degree in social work and a postgraduate diploma in psychology, I support survivors aged 18+ seeking clarity, healing, and purpose. Sessions are soulful, strategic, and sacred—designed to help you reconnect with yourself and create sustainable life change.
