About Natalia
I was born and raised in a small town in the West Coast. I had a happy childhood, but I always felt like I was different from the other kids. Not only was I very mature for my age, but I was also an overweight kid who suffered from bullies and a lack of self-confidence; creating a social problem when creating friends. I felt like I didn't fit in, and I often felt like I was on the outside looking in.
When I was in high school, I started to develop an interest in psychology. I was fascinated by the human mind, and I wanted to understand why people behave the way they do. I decided to major in psychology in college, and I eventually went on to create a career based on life coaching and confidence mentorship. I quickly realized that I had a passion for helping people. I loved working with people who were struggling with confidence issues, and I loved helping them to see their own worth.
I've been a life coach for over 4 years now, and I've helped hundreds of people to overcome their confidence issues and live happier, more fulfilling lives. I'm so grateful that I get to do this work, and I'm excited to see what the future holds.
I believe that everyone has the potential to be great. We all have unique talents and abilities, and we all have the power to make a difference in the world. I'm passionate about helping people to reach their full potential, and I believe that everyone can achieve their dreams.
If you're struggling with confidence issues, I encourage you to reach out for help. There is no shame in asking for help, and there is no one who is better equipped to help you than a life coach. I would be honored to help you on your journey to a more confident and fulfilling life.

My goal for the session is to help you identify your goals and develop a plan to achieve them. I will also provide support and encouragement to help you stay on track.
The session will typically start with questions about yourself. I will then help you break down your goals into smaller, more manageable steps. I will also help you identify any obstacles that you may face and develop strategies for overcoming them.
I will then provide you with support and encouragement. I will help you stay motivated and on track. I will also help you celebrate your successes.
The session will end with us setting a date for their next meeting. I will also provide you with resources and support to help you achieve your goals.
