I am a Life, Career and Business Coach with 16 years of personal lived and worked experience. During my professional career I have delivered numerous coaching sessions to teenagers and adults regarding their personal lifestyles, their intimate relationships, their careers and aspirations or their business focused and development ideas.

My teaching methodology varies. After going through an initial detailed client scanning assessment I decide which one to exercise with every coachee. I use a variety of tools, strategies, and exercises that will help my client, a unique person, to create drive, flexibility, and insight. This way they will experience themselves evolving, reaching their goals, and taking empowered action. Some strategies focus on clarifying purpose. Others focus on troubleshooting. Others bring about a sense of emotional integration. Still others strengthen communication skills. Clients are often amazed by the variety of experiences they have with different coaching strategies. In more detail I use the following strategies: *Metaphor Strategy: when the client feels a sense of resistance to their own goals, or they feel blocked or paralysed, it’s important to get them out of their typical ways of thinking and into their creative mind. Metaphor strategy activates the client’s own creative processes, leading them to find the resources and solutions they needed. *GROW: stands for Goal, current Reality, Options (or Obstacles), Will (or Way Forward). A good way of thinking about the GROW Model is to think about how you'd plan a journey. First, you decide where you are going (the goal), and establish where you currently are (your current reality). You then explore various routes (the options) to your destination. In the final step, establishing the will, you ensure that you're committed to making the journey, and are prepared for the obstacles that you could meet on the way. *Mode of Being: often a client has success, and yet they feel strangely frustrated. Often it has to do with the way we interact with our work and our environment. We call this our Mode of Being. When a client discovers their Mode of Being, they're able to create a new plan that will make them happier. These are wildly different strategies. Some have you working on paper with lists and logistics. Others have you anticipating conversations. Others have you working with the sensations in your body.
