About Samantha
I student taught a 4th grade math class, and an 8th grade math class. I was a long-term substitute for a science/social studies class. I was also a supervisor for an after school reading program. I have been tutoring for about 2 years now. I graduated in December 2020 with a degree in Middle Childhood Education and I am licensed in Math and Language Arts.

My teaching method is differentiating instruction. This means that I will adjust any lessons depending on what a student needs. Students may be working on the same topic, but the assignments might be different depending on the level of understanding of each student. I also like to create lessons that students will enjoy by incorporating things they like. If they are interested in the lesson, they are more motivated.
