About Fabian
In June 2018 I moved from Hamburg, Germany to the city of Puebla, Mexico and now I live and work in this city for 10 months. I finished a diploma in „Coaching Educativo“ of the university of Anahuac in January 2019. My level of Spanish is equivalent to B1 / B2. To improve my knowledge especially in the parts of nutrition and sports I take classes with a teacher twice a month.
My work experience in Germany is in the areas of sports, acquisitions, sales and marketing. My first higher education is a technical career in administrative management during which I worked in a financial company. After this I decided to take a step forward studying a Bachelor in International Business with a specialty in economics and sports management. During my dual study I worked as a teacher in an academy teaching the subject "Sports, nutrition and motivation", as well as complementing my studies participating in the following graduates, "Coach for nutrition", "Communication consultant", "Trainer for Cardiofitness", "Trainer for sports rehabilitation", "Trainer for fascia training". In this 10 months here in Puebla i have collected experiences in the part of Personal Trainer (Nutrition and Fitness/Cardio), too.
I want to use my previously acquired knowledge and continue my work here in Puebla for more time. In addition to this I want to expand my cultural and linguistic knowledge, as well as use my experience of Germany in a positive and profitable way in Mexico.

My way of nutrition plans is variable, I like it when the person realizes that he will be better if he changes his nutrition habits. My package to adapt your diet to your goals always includes 6 weeks of care. In a first date a medical history is taken. In addition, your body fat (with the potash measurement) and your girths will be measured. After 3 and 6 weeks, these data are measured once more.
