Licensed Intervention Specialist teaches K–12 literacy, reading, and foundational writing skills online

Althea has been working with my daughter over the last 8 months. I appreciate her patience, understanding, and commitment to her students. She goes beyond and then a little bit more. An example of this is Althea meeting and speaking with my daughter's teacher to make sure the tutoring she was providing was effective. You will not be disappointed.

I worked with Althea in the 2014-2015 school year. During the course of working with her, she and I developed an extremely professional and cordial relationship that has lasted to this day. She is honest and her integrity is top-notch. She was diligent in educating herself while developing a language arts program for her students. She exemplifies central Ohio's finest educators and also as an administrator. I appreciate her ability to take the minimum standards to help her students excel in both education and personal growth. I provided a few lesson plans that I had used, and she added her personal touch which the students thoroughly enjoyed. The school absolutely appreciated her as a person and respected her as a role model-especially in character development. Her room design was INCREDIBLE!
