About Bradley
I have been advancing my teaching skills since I was a Sophomore in high school. I took a 2-year pre-college program in Early Childhood Education. I received both college level education and internships in schools. Just in high school, I had 5 internships in schools/daycares. After high school, I completed college at Kent State University in the Early Childhood Program. I graduated with a 4 year-degree and received my teaching license. Through my college experience, I was able to student teach at several schools, gaining over 1,000 hours of experience. My training in college prepared me to know how students learn best and how to apply my skills as an educator to truly meet their needs.

My teaching method is progressive. The world is always changing and no one child is the same. Each child is unique and therefore each lesson has to be unique. I say my method is progressive because I am very flexible, open-minded and attentive. Flexibility allows me to teach in the moment and flow to where the student needs. Being open-minded allows me to constantly finds unique ways in learning new teaching approaches which can meet the needs of each child I work with. Finally, being attentive allows me to be aware of whats working and what may need more work. This is key to be able to take learning to the next steps.
