About Diya
With aspirations of an economics and maths degree, I have completed 3 A levels and an EPQ. I have tutored previously for last few years and have volunteered at Kumon before would love to enter online tutoring as a part-time job. I think Maths and sciences are an important GCSE to obtain high grades in and I think I can thoroughly help with this, especially close to exam season. From someone who gets the highest grade possible in maths in every mathematics and economics test completed, I understand the techniques and explanations that guarantee grades alongside with practice.

I have tutored 11+ children for my DofE volunteering for a year prior. This group of students passed. All 8/9s at GCSE and A* in EPQ and predicted A* in A-level. My techniques include increasing ability with understanding and knowledge aspect to figure out the correct method in maths. To teach exactly how to maximise marks with problem-solving answers by learning the correct method and getting to the answer. A typical lesson would be an hour long for GCSE Maths or Chemistry students in Year 10 or Year 11. Preferably with exam board Edexcel.

Perfect! Diya was an excellent tutor, she went through the entire syllabus methodically and also followed this up with exam-style questions, as well as supervising full examinations to get an idea of scores that would be achieved. She also followed every lesson with a detailed explanation to me, the guardian, about what was covered, to ensure I knew about the progress consistently and the expected results. She was very polite and accommodating. She did an excellent job and really improved the student's scores significantly.
