About Mahia
Hi! I’m currently an A-Level student studying Maths, Further Maths, and Economics. I’ve always enjoyed problem-solving and helping others understand tricky topics, especially in maths. I achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE Maths and a 7 in Further Maths, and now I want to use what I’ve learnt to support other students aiming for strong results. I know how stressful GCSEs can be, and my goal is to make learning feel more manageable, boost your confidence, and help you reach the grades you're aiming for. I’m patient, friendly, and genuinely enjoy teaching. So if you’re looking for someone who gets it and can explain things clearly, I’d love to help!

As an A-Level student studying Maths, Further Maths, and Economics, I tutor GCSE Maths and Further Maths students aiming for grades 6–9. I focus on building a solid understanding of core concepts through clear explanations, worked examples, and plenty of guided practice. My lessons are interactive and tailored to each student’s pace and learning style, helping boost both confidence and performance. A typical lesson lasts around an hour, but I’m flexible depending on the student’s needs. I’ve previously helped younger family members prepare for their GCSEs, and now I’m offering my support to secondary school students (ages 14–16) looking to strengthen their skills and reach their full potential.
