About Dylan
Hi, I'm Dylan, I'm currently studying A-Level Maths, Physics and Economics, and I’ve always enjoyed the challenge behind numbers and problem-solving. I achieved top GCSE grades, including 9s in Maths, Physics and Biology, and I’m predicted A*s at A-Level. I have a natural ability to explain difficult ideas in simple terms, and I enjoy helping others learn. I’m patient, clear, and always aim to make studying feel less stressful — even fun. I often use mind maps and past paper questions to help students strengthen their understanding and boost their confidence. Outside of my studies, I’m a keen sportsman — golf is my favourite — and I bring the same focus, discipline, and calm mindset from sport into my tutoring. I genuinely enjoy seeing others succeed, and I’d love to help you reach your goals.

I tailor each lesson to the student’s needs, focusing on building strong foundations, exam technique, and confidence. I use clear explanations, step-by-step problem-solving, and active recall methods to help things stick. Lessons are usually 1 hour, but I’m flexible based on what works best. I’ve supported classmates through peer mentoring at school and helped younger students, including my sibling, with both GCSE and KS3 content. As someone currently studying Maths, Physics, and Economics at A-Level (predicted A*s), I understand what works from a student’s perspective. My lessons are ideal for KS3 and GCSE students who want to improve in Maths or Science — whether you're catching up, aiming for a top grade, or just need things explained more clearly.
