I am studying 3 A-levels, an EPQ, I manage a blog, and I am applying to top-tier American Universities; I have a lot of experience managing my stress and self-regulating emotions. I have substantial experience of guiding my peers and younger students to achieve sustainable emotional well-being.

I like to tailor my guidance to every individual's need. To me, there is no singular piece of advice that works for everybody- we all face different barriers that require specific tools to overcome. I work 1-to-1 and have a wealth of strategies for approaching stress-management . My approach is to work slowly, make incremental but significant progress, and invest in promising results.
