About Emily
I am a sixth form grammar school student, currently studying A-level maths, further maths, chemistry, biology and art, and am predicted all A*s. At GCSE, I achieved all A*s in chemistry, biology, physics, maths, further maths, English language and literature, RE, geography and art, and an A in French. I am able to teach all three sciences, maths and further maths. I have clear and thorough notes for these subjects, which my students are welcome to use - the same notes that helped me achieve all A*s. I believe the best way to learn is to understand, and I am keen to help my student do this. I know that revising for GCSEs is a very difficult journey, but with the right mindset, goals and guidance there is absolutely nothing to stop you from achieving the grades you want. I also appreciate that sometimes life gets in the way, so I am more than happy to work around your schedule and be as flexible as possible to benefit you :)

I am happy to teach in person or through Zoom, just let me know what works best for you. You can decide how long you want to spend, and I’ll try to be as flexible as possible for your schedule. My lessons will consist of going through past paper questions by topic, which I found was the most effective method to learn content. We will also focus on any difficult areas, and my GCSE notes and revision material will be available for you to use. If there is anything specific you want to go over, let me know and I will focus more time on it.
