About Jake
I have a background of competing at high-level athletics, so my knowledge on improving fitness, especially running, is good! In recent years I have focused on compound lifts in my own training, so I can teach safe lifting techniques in all exercises to help you get stronger, safer! In the last 6 months, I have been training for some Hyrox events, marathons, cycling and more! So all my own training experiences help me provide the best all-round knowledge for my clients.

I work with a wide range of in-person clients, from children’s football teams to the ageing population, guiding everyone on the correct programming to fit their individual needs. My usual in-person sessions last 1 hour but they can be tailored to the clients' needs. Online clients can request specific programming to fit their needs (e.g., specific goals, number of workouts per week etc.) 1 - 1 session (1 hour) = £25 1 - 1 session (1 hour x 4) = £20 each 2 - 1 session (1 hour) = £35 Online coaching = £35 a month
