About Scientistic
I am a BS Physics student with a strong interest in Physics, Mathematics, and scientific problem-solving. I enjoy teaching and helping students understand concepts that may initially seem difficult or confusing.
I have experience teaching AS & A Level Physics and O Level/IGCSE Mathematics, with a focus on the Cambridge curriculum and exam preparation. I also have knowledge of university-level Physics and related subjects, including Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Quantitative Methods, and Mathematical Physics.
My teaching style is patient, structured, and concept-focused. I believe that understanding the reasoning behind a concept is more valuable than simply memorizing formulas. I therefore encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and practice applying their knowledge to different types of problems.
Whether you are preparing for an examination, struggling with a particular topic, or simply want to strengthen your understanding, I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where you can learn at your own pace and build confidence in your abilities.

My teaching approach is based on understanding rather than memorization. I believe that students learn Physics and Mathematics best when they understand the logic behind a concept and know how to apply it to unfamiliar problems.
I begin each lesson by identifying the student's current level and understanding of the topic. I then explain the core concepts step by step, using simple examples and visual explanations where helpful. Once the concept is clear, we work through guided examples together before moving on to independent problem-solving.
For AS & A Level Physics and O Level/IGCSE Mathematics, I also incorporate Cambridge-style questions and past-paper practice to help students become familiar with exam techniques, common question patterns, and how to present their answers effectively.
A typical lesson may include:
* A quick review of previous concepts
* Introduction and explanation of the new topic
* Worked examples and guided problem-solving
* Practice questions with increasing difficulty
* Identification and correction of common mistakes
* Exam-style or past-paper questions where relevant
* A short recap and guidance on what to practice next
I adapt each lesson according to the student's individual needs. If a student is struggling with the fundamentals, we focus on strengthening those foundations first. If a student is preparing for an exam, we can focus more on problem-solving, time management, and past-paper practice.
I teach AS & A Level Physics, O Level/IGCSE Mathematics, and related Physics subjects including Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Quantitative Methods, and Mathematical Physics.
My goal is to help students become independent problem-solvers who understand not only how to solve a problem, but also why the solution works.
