About Nathan
My name is Nathan and I have been fit and active my whole life. As a young man I represented the Sussex boxing team and was decorated with medals in tournaments and championships all across the uk. Since retiring my gloves I have maintained a high level of fitness and expertise, acquiring my level 3 personal training certifications and i am qualified kettle bell instructor. I have a wealth of knowledge in the fitness industry and more recently I am working towards my yoga instructirs certification.
