About Julia Zofia
I have recently completed my A-Levels in Maths and Physics and have a strong academic background across a range of subjects. At GCSE, I achieved grades 7–9 in all of my subjects, including a Grade 9 in Maths and a Grade 8 in Physics.
I have a strong academic interest in Maths and Physics, and have been fortunate to experience a university interview at Trinity College, University of Cambridge, which has further strengthened my enthusiasm for these subjects. Having completed my GCSEs and A-Levels relatively recently, I have a strong understanding of the current curriculum, exam expectations and effective revision techniques.
I understand the challenges students can face and enjoy helping them build both confidence and subject knowledge. Alongside my studies, I have tutoring experience and previously worked as a coach, supporting and working with children of various ages. This helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to explain ideas clearly, encourage confidence and adapt my approach to different individuals.
I am patient, organised and approachable, and I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes. My goal is to help students improve their grades while also developing confidence in their own abilities and enjoyment of learning.

Hello! I offer online GCSE Maths and Physics tutoring for students looking to improve their understanding, confidence and exam performance. As a student who has completed studying A-Level Maths and Physics, I have recent experience with the GCSE curriculum and understand the challenges students often face when preparing for exams. I achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE Maths and a Grade 8 in GCSE Physics and have continued to build on this knowledge through my A-Level studies.
My teaching approach is patient, supportive and tailored to each student's individual needs. I believe that building confidence is just as important as learning content, so I focus on explaining concepts clearly, encouraging questions and helping students develop effective problem-solving skills. Lessons typically include worked examples, guided practice and exam-style questions to strengthen both understanding and exam technique.
I have tutoring experience and enjoy helping students achieve their academic goals. Lessons are usually 60 minutes long and are suitable for GCSE students of all abilities, whether they are aiming to pass, improve their grades or achieve top marks. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions and developing confidence in their abilities.
