About Paul
I got offered the chance to help out a class at my school, where there were students with a variety of ability, strengths, and weaknesses. I worked with all of these students and helped them understand the concepts the teacher and I were teaching them. When I got in touch with one of these students, they told me that they had gotten into A-Level Computing, for which you need a good Math grade. I have studied A-level Maths and Physics for 2 years, for which you need a good understanding of GCSE Maths. I used concepts from GCSE throughout my courses, from the use of indices to use of simultaneous equations, from geometry to trigonometry, from tables to probability trees.

I have just finished my final y in Math, Physics and Computing. As a part of my school's initiative to improve my University Application, I was offered the chance to help a class with Math and I took this opportunity. I was assigned with a Year 10 class who were doing foundation Math. I helped them by leading them towards the answer, but they ultimately got the answer by themselves. I teach Math at a GCSE level, but can help those struggling with AS Math. I will start by identifying the areas where you need the most and least help. After I have done this, we will start with where you are most comfortable and build up from this. You may think this is unnecessary, but I know it's important to build up confidence in a topic.
I will often task you with answering past paper questions and if you can't or when you have completed it, I will go over it with you and correct you, but more importantly, I will make sure you understand how to avoid the mistakes in the exam. Also, if you've set some homework, or have found a question that you are stuck on, I will be more than happy to help you
