About Ali
I am a keen tutor of Mathematics
When I am not studying at university I am either tutoring younger students in Qur'anic Studies at my local Islamic school or TA'ing at various primary schools.
I am the kind of tutor who will stay on a particular topic for as long as it takes for a student to understand it thoroughly, tailoring my methods to the abilities and needs of each student, with my only aim being for my students to thrive in and enjoy Maths and the essential problem-solving skills to be learned from it.

The best way to introduce and familiarise oneself with the rigorous and solution-based nature of maths is through 4 things: Technique, Practice, Repetition and Understanding.
Through this, the particular mathematical process soon becomes engrained in your mind, like learning the quickest path to the centre of a maze, or remembering the place of each piece of a puzzle.
My aim is to make sure the path is clear to the student and that they understand exactly why this is the path that must be taken (why a problem must be solved In this particular way, because understanding a process makes things a lot lighter than simply memorising.
And I aim to do so using the points mentioned above:
