About Emily
I’m a 17 year old student who really struggled with English before GCSEs. I often found I knew vaguely what to write, but had no idea how to write it. I now take English A-level and I am predicted an A*, and find that my essay writing skills are incredibly useful in all of my subjects, not just english. I’ve also always loved creative writing, and enjoy helping students find a flow and a voice that suits them.

I am happy to have a session of any length of time but generally recommend 45 mins to an hour, where I can analyse previous work with the student, give them feedback, and then give them tips on how to improve their skills, as well as practice work that can be done during the session. The lessons can be for any level or age of student but I’ve most frequently worked with GCSE and senior school students.
