About Johar's
I rarely talk about myself, but perhaps some of the following will particularly resonate with you.

It doesn’t just have to be about coaching! I look forward to you.
First abstractly then more literally.
Conceptual:
When I tell people about my life, I am often thought to be much older, because I aim to "live fast, die old."
I classify everything I encounter on a spectrum, not as black and white, and therefore approach all people and situations completely openly, authentically, and empathically.
I am someone who belongs at a large crossroads, and am grateful every day for the perspective, enrichment and renewed enthusiasm.
Life, for me, is a dynamic balance, always in motion, and every time we can bring ourselves once again into a choreographed direction (like an upward spiral), joy, clarity and even good luck are sure to follow.
Concrete:
I'm half Mexican and half English (I grew up in both places), after which I decided to study in Canada. I continued this in Germany, where I've become self-employed and have now settled temporarily. If I were to move my life point again, Ireland or Scandinavia would be next.
First I became a musician at 8. Then a computer scientist and aspiring phycisist/engineer, ultimately a holistic person, including teaching and coaching.
This has also left me highly versed in personal topics. On the one hand, because I have deeply investigated relationships — including CNM (consensual non-monogamy) and an intense marriage with a hard divorce — and on the other hand, because of the worldwide friends and family that have accompanied my whole journey.

My coaching is very individually tailored, but always goes in-depth and into your very personal dream ideas - perhaps the first step is to find out what they are with you.
For me, coaching in both directions (because every good coach gets himself coaching) feels as effective and exciting as magic. However, it should of course be clear to you that every step forward requires a lot of work and personal responsibility. If you are reading this though, I am sure that you already have the right attitude so that our collaboration can effectively lead to your success :)
Maybe you have already heard: Coaching brings out of you better perspectives, advice, thought patterns, observations, ideas, tools, and much, much more than you already have inside. In any case, I am always looking for new concepts, experiences, and insights that I can bring to you and recommend personally.
Did you also know that accountability is still an essential part of coaching? I will provide you with further support in real-time with any hurdles that may arise and make you responsible for your own progress or well-being. I find that alone to be priceless, even as a coachee.
