About Cesar
"As a Pilates and Functional Exercise instructor, I help you enhance your body's natural capabilities to perform daily activities with ease, boosting your energy levels and productivity.
My sessions focus on postural strength, alignment, and precision, improving body awareness, strength, flexibility, and mobility while preventing painful movement.
My journey with Pilates began in 2013, after a serious lower back injury left me in excruciating pain. Desperate for relief, I turned to Pilates for rehabilitation and was amazed by its transformative power. Within months, I was pain-free and experiencing a stronger, more resilient back. This personal experience sparked my passion for helping others rehabilitate injuries through functional Pilates movement.
I teach group and one-to-one Pilates classes, as well as specialized sessions for individuals with Multiple Sclerosis through the MS Society, which is incredibly rewarding.
As a Celebrity Trainer and Health Coach, I hold a range of qualifications, including:
- Post Graduate degree in Health Sciences
- Nutrition Health Coaching qualification
- Qualified Yoga teacher
- Diploma Level 3 in Personal Training
- Educator and Tutor for Pilates at HFE - Health and Fitness Education
- Diploma in Biomechanics Coach UK
I'm dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their wellbeing and fitness goals through personalized Pilates instruction and guidance.
