During COVID times, it is so easy to sit back and hardly notice the days slip by. As a university student, this happens very frequently! This course is to make sure we spend time exercising, working on our flexibility, and letting our creativity shine!
I am a 20-year old and I have danced contemporary since I was seven. I have always loved dancing and truly believe that with a little practice, anyone can dance. I have taken some hula hoop dance classes in the past and enjoyed them so much. I would love to teach some hoop classes to anyone who wants to stay fit and have fun! On top of hula hooping, I will also place a lot of emphasis on stretching to increase flexibility if that is something you want.
I want us to talk about what your goals are both with hooping and flexibility so we can make a plan that works with your abilities and desires. This class is less about perfection and more about having fun and being creative so do not be shy and join!

Shanna is so great! She helped my little brother for a couple years & he has learned so much! She has a natural talent for teaching complex concepts simply & knows how to treat students with kindness and respect. I highly recommend Shanna to anyone trying to learn English!
As I am currently living with Shanna I feel I can personally atest to her hard work and absolute dedication to her work. She is excited for every learning opportunity she can share with others and puts real effort into helping and teaching others, she also has a very calm and patient style of teaching which will be a asset to anyone learning with her. She is kind and genuinely loves people, no one can go wrong by employing her and starting their superprof journey together.
