• When and how did you first discover your craft?

  I discovered it 14 years ago, working at my aunt's restaurant in Namibia, at the age of 10!
  I have been working as a chef since then.

• Which artists or artworks have inspired you the most?

  I would say Gordon Ramsey, Anthony Bordain and J Something.

• What are the qualities and skills required to succeed in this domain?

  Consistent and accurate service, being on time for customers, and just teaching in a simple way.

• What is the most valuable advice you could give to help someone stay focused on creative projects?

  If you love it, go for it!

• How would you describe your passion; how does it make you feel?

  You have to love food to be cooking for 14 years right!

• What creative achievements are you particularly proud of?

  I have won chopped South Africa, I have cooked for some members of the forbes top 20 richest, and other local celebrities.

• Have you ever been surprised by a student; by their talent, abilities or quick progression?

  Yes, most if my students are fast learners. They make close to perfect products on the first go!
