I know Günther Erich Karch since over 40 Years. We are both accomplished Executive Chefs and I had the pleasure to work with him on several occasions. He is a Master Chef and great supporter of the trade. His theoretical and practical knowledge and skills are exceptional. On a personal base we are best friends ever since, a person you can trust and rely on. He is as well an accomplished black belt Karate Master.
