About Melissa

I am a Bioengineering student in Germany, but I was born and raised in Turkey. So far, I have learned two languages, English and German, on my own. During this process, I realized that languages are based on logic and especially practice rather than memorization. Therefore, I attach great importance to these two points in my lessons. I also take care to teach the lessons in more of a conversational manner by including key points that one cannot find in textbooks, interesting information, additional materials (books, videos, visual elements, etc.), and Turkish culture.

About the lesson

*Learning Turkish is a matter of logic, not memorization. In the lessons, I help you learn the Turkish language by understanding where the grammatical rules come from.
*In order to facilitate language acquisition, I am in favor of conducting the lessons entirely in Turkish. If you want, I can explain in English or German too.
*The points I focus on in classes are:
-Vocabulary,
-Reading,
-Listening,
-Writing,
-Pronunciation,
-Speaking (naturally and fluently)
