About Mohit Saroha
I am a practicing Criminal Lawyer in the Supreme court of India and Delhi High Court and district courts Since 2019. I strongly feel that students of law college fail to attain the real life professional skills during the course time which led to face enormous difficulty whenever they join the profession. This is my sincere attempt to import such knowledge into the young professionals through my experience of 4 years in the field of law as an practising advocate.
I am a Science Graduate from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi and a law graduate from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. I have also done my LL.M, specialized in Criminal law, from Jamia Millia Islamia Central University, Delhi.

1. Scheme, objectives and need of the Act.
2. Structure of the entire act covering each chapter in brief to give an overview to create interest in the subject.
3. Detailed analysis of each and every provision.
4. Relating the provisions to the other important acts i.e. basically a inter disciplinary study for comprehensive understanding.
5. All leading case laws and current scenario.
6. Discussion regarding the research gap in the existing legislation for further research.
All the above-mentioned steps includes one on one interaction between the tutor and the learner followed by doubt clearing session.
