About Harshita
I am a lawyer turned dancer who found joy and healing in movement and decided to spread it forward! I have been training for over 10 years and have taught 100+ students online and offline through ages 5-60. Through my dance journey I have trained in Kathak, Bollywood, jazz, ballet, contemporary, heels, aerial hoop and pole!

Our contemporary, lyrical jazz and modern dance classes are designed for dancers of all ages, levels, and body types. Each class is structured with variations and progressions, so whether you're a beginner or advanced dancer, you'll find movement that challenges you and meets your needs. My lyrical jazz, contemporary and modern classes offer more than just technique—they create a safe space where you can release tension, let go of stress, and find healing through movement. I know Harshita for nearly two years now. Before I started training with her, I hated working out and always thought weights and strength training is not for me.
I had trouble with consistency and having her constantly be pushing me to workout and keeping me accountable and motivating me helped a lot!!
My goals were to lose weight and to gain upper body and core strength, generally lead a more healthy lifestyle and to be able to do so consistently
I have significantly improved upper body strength, was unable to do push-ups before, even core strength has improved, I mostly enjoy my workouts as she is such a positive person and I have managed to shed weight and be more or less consistent.
