About Lessons – Learn with Jamil
I provide professional swimming, diving, water polo, and aquagym lessons for students of all ages and skill levels. My approach is structured, safe, and tailored to each individual, ensuring you develop confidence, technique, and enjoyment in the water.
Techniques & Teaching Methodology:
I focus on building strong fundamentals first, then gradually introduce advanced skills and techniques. Lessons include practical drills, fitness exercises, water safety, and gameplay strategies for water polo or aquagym sessions. I emphasize clear instructions, patient guidance, and positive reinforcement to help students progress effectively.
Lesson Duration:
Typical lessons run between 45 to 60 minutes, with options for longer sessions or intensive programs for competitive swimmers or those seeking rapid improvement.
Experience & Qualifications:
I am a qualified and experienced aquatic coach with extensive training in swimming, diving, water polo, and aquagym. I have worked with beginners, intermediate learners, and competitive athletes, helping them develop technical skills, endurance, and confidence in the water.
