How to handle the "First Free Lesson":
Since you are starting tomorrow at 5:00 PM, use that free hour to:
Introduce yourself and chat with the student to see their current level.
Find out their interests (sports, cartoons, school) so you have topics to talk about in Marathi.
Show the parents how much more confident the child feels after just one hour of talking!

Description (माझ्याबद्दल आणि शिकवण्याच्या पद्धतीबद्दल):
नमस्कार! मी तुम्हाला सोप्या पद्धतीने मराठी बोलायला आणि समजायला शिकवेन.
तुम्ही महाराष्ट्रात नवीन आहात? किंवा तुम्हाला तुमच्या मराठी मित्र-मैत्रिणींशी, सहकाऱ्यांशी संवाद साधायचा आहे? तर तुम्ही योग्य ठिकाणी आला आहात. मी विशेषतः अशा लोकांसाठी मराठी क्लास घेतो/घेते ज्यांची मातृभाषा मराठी नाही (Non-Marathi speakers).
मी कसे शिकवतो/शिकवते?
अनुभव ही जमेची बाजू असली तरी, माझी शिकवण्याची पद्धत अतिशय साधी, आधुनिक आणि 'प्रॅक्टिकल' आहे. आपण पुस्तकी व्याकरणापेक्षा "प्रत्यक्ष संवादावर" (Conversation) जास्त भर देऊ.
पायाभूत सुरुवात: आपण रोजच्या वापरातील साध्या शब्दांपासून आणि वाक्यांपासून सुरुवात करू (उदा. बाजारात बोलणे, रिक्षावाल्याशी बोलणे, ऑफिसमधील संवाद).
इंग्रजी/हिंदीचा वापर: तुम्हाला सोपे जावे म्हणून मी इंग्रजी किंवा हिंदीच्या माध्यमातून मराठी संकल्पना स्पष्ट करेन.
टप्प्याटप्प्याने प्रगती: पहिल्या दिवशी व्याकरण न शिकवता, आधी भाषेची भीती घालवण्यावर माझा भर असेल.
लवचिकता (Flexibility): मी एक नवीन शिक्षक असल्याने, मी तुमच्या शिकण्याच्या गतीनुसार (Pace) स्वतःला बदलू शकतो/शकते. आपण अगदी आरामात आणि सविस्तरपणे शिकू.
माझ्या वर्गात तुम्हाला काय मिळेल?
शब्दांचे स्पष्ट आणि शुद्ध उच्चारण (Pronunciation).
वाक्यरचना तयार करण्याचे सोपे नियम.
आत्मविश्वास: जेणेकरून तुम्ही कोणाशीही न घाबरता मराठीत बोलू शकाल.
हसत-खेळत आणि मैत्रीपूर्ण वातावरण.
एकदा डेमो क्लास घेऊन नक्की पहा, तुम्हाला मराठी भाषा नक्कीच आवडायला लागेल!
