About Suzy
I’m a dedicated and experienced tutor with over seven years of Spanish study, a Spanish minor, and a B.S. in Computer Science with a Bioinformatics certificate. Originally from a small town, I bring a warm, grounded, and encouraging approach that helps students feel supported from day one. I’m currently pursuing my MBA, which strengthens my communication, organization, and ability to personalize lessons for every learner. Throughout college, I served as a peer tutor in Spanish, math, Arabic, and computer science, giving me hands-on experience working with students at different skill levels and adapting to diverse learning needs. My lessons blend structured grammar instruction, real conversation practice, and clear step-by-step explanations so students build confidence quickly without feeling overwhelmed. Outside the classroom, I love crocheting, reading, lifting, riding my motorcycle, baking, and learning new languages, passions that help me connect deeply with students and bring creativity into each session.
