About Emma
A light worker with three years of experience with a degree in psychology. I help people to step into the healing process by teaching them to tap into inner peace and wisdom. As an avid yogi and a daily meditator, I am here to teach practices that can change your life forever.

My teaching methods use a combination of guided meditations, movement meditation, yoga suited to the client and prana yama (breathwork). These teachings are based on a variety of philosophies, including tantra, the Sudarshan Kriya and more.
