• 1) Can you tell us about your first experience using a computer?

  My first experience using a computer was during my early schooling in Mumbai, where I was introduced to the basics of operating systems and programming. This sparked my curiosity and led me to explore more about how computers work, setting the foundation for my future in technology.

• 2) What is the technological evolution that has marked you most and what will be, in your eyes, a turning point in this field?

  The technological evolution that has marked me the most is the advent of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). I believe a turning point in this field will be the widespread adoption of AI in everyday life, transforming how we live, work, and interact with the world around us.

• 3) Explain your expertise, your interest in it and, more broadly, its importance in the computer world.

  My expertise lies in data analysis, AI, and machine learning, cultivated through my studies and work experiences, including my role as a Data Analyst and my ongoing Master's in AI and Machine Learning. These areas are crucial in the computer world as they drive innovation, improve decision-making, and unlock new possibilities across various industries.

• 4) Do so-called 'visionaries', such as Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg inspire you, or do you have other role models?

  Visionaries like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, and Mark Zuckerberg have been inspirational in their capacity to innovate and shape the technology landscape. However, my personal role models include pioneers in AI and data science, such as Geoffrey Hinton and Andrew Ng, whose work has been instrumental in advancing the field.

• 5) Provide a valuable anecdote related to your subject or your days at school.

  A valuable anecdote from my days at school is when I participated in a robotics competition. My team and I built a robot that could navigate a maze autonomously. This experience taught me the importance of teamwork, perseverance, and the practical application of theoretical knowledge.

• 6) What would you say to an uncomfortable person in front of a screen who says that "IT is too complicated"?

  To someone uncomfortable with technology, I would say, "IT may seem complicated at first, but it's like learning a new language. With patience, practice, and the right guidance, it becomes more accessible and can open up a world of opportunities."

• 7) What are your other passions, related or non-related to computers?

  Besides computers, I have a passion for music and travel. Music provides a creative outlet and relaxation, while travel broadens my perspective, allowing me to experience new cultures and ideas.
