About Pallavi
I was initiated into Yog at the age of 9!
Have been practicing for more than 10 years now. A Certified Yoga teacher from Sri Sri School Of Yoga recognised by Ministry of Ayush & Yoga Alliance.
Completed a course in Vedas & Upanishads from Trinity, University of Oxford with a first class result.
A part of the Art Of Living Foundation.
Have been guiding meditations for children & adults.
I also help with counselling and therapy.

Absolutely love Pallavi and her classes. Pallavi’s Sadhna classes are unlike any other Yoga classes. She takes you to a very meditative space. Though the classes contain lots of physical practices but it deeply relaxes you at the same time.
