About Mamta
This is Mamta. I travel & stay around India and the world and try to spread awareness of spirituality through my meditation sessions. Out of my exposure to the world; different people & culture, understanding and learning, I have developed my own style and techniques. I cover a variety of guided meditation, yogic and breathing techniques in these sessions.
Some activities are for Better
Focus, Positivity, De-stress, Relaxation, Better posture & Lungs, Easy breathing, Overall wellbeing and last but not the least best way to start, lead or finish your day!!
I have 10+ years experience of training, delivering & teaching globally.
My qualification is BPhEd, Msc Yoga & Naturopathy, MBA, 200 hours RYTT

Being a spiritual person myself and teaching meditation as my passion, I put my 101% to help my students to meditate, connect with inner conscience, awaken the senses, living mindfully, staying motivated, positive, focused & healthy, heal the emotional blockages, grow spiritually & find themselves and peace!

Even if you haven't tried or haven't had good experience of doing online, I still recommend you try mine because I keep it extremely simple, easy to follow and no students have found difficulty till now. Whoever have started are really enjoying. Infact they and myself look forward to every session with the excitement.
If you seriously want to practice meditation and grow spiritually, ultimately, it doesn't matter if you are getting guidance offline or online, you save your time to drive to the studio, it's more convenient; you do from the comfort of your home, no need to change to special clothing, no need to have a special place, just sit, follow and surrender!
What you need: Google meet app, Earphones, phone or laptop, comfortable sitting & quiet place.
