About Iva
I have over 15 years of experience working as a language teacher. I studied at the University of Bremen and the University of Porto and have learnt four foreign languages. In my lessons, I explain European Portuguese clearly and step by step, adapting my methods to each individual learner.

Perfect! Iva is an excellent teacher with a lot of structure and guidance. As something with ADD who struggles with organisation, Iva is a great tutor who will provide you with a clear guide. She teaches excellent Portuguese

I really enjoyed learning with Iva! Her lessons are clear, engaging, and well structured. She explains grammar patiently and encourages me to speak and practice. After just a few lessons, I felt much more confident speaking German. Thanks to her guidance, I successfully passed the Goethe-Zertifikat B2.
Learning German with Iva is fun — which I didn’t think was possible at first The lessons are creative, energetic, and never boring. Even tricky grammar suddenly makes sense because everything is explained so clearly (and repeated as many times as needed, without any eye-rolling). The patience is truly impressive, and the motivation is contagious. Iva really cares about students and enjoys teaching. Thanks to these lessons, German feels much less scary and a lot more enjoyable!
