About Naf
I am an experienced Network and Security Engineer with over 10 years of hands-on experience working with enterprise networks, cloud technologies, firewalls, routing, switching, VPNs and network security.
Throughout my career, I have worked in different IT environments and have gained practical experience with technologies from Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Azure and AWS.
I enjoy helping students understand networking in a simple and practical way. I believe the best way to learn IT is by combining theory with hands-on practice and real-world examples. Whether you are just starting your IT career, currently studying, or preparing for a networking job interview, I am happy to share my experience and help you build your confidence and technical skills.

My lessons focus on practical, real-world networking skills rather than just theory. I teach networking concepts step-by-step and use hands-on labs so students can understand how networks actually work and how to troubleshoot them.
Topics can include TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing and switching, DHCP/DNS, Wireshark, VPNs, firewalls, basic cybersecurity, and cloud networking concepts in Azure and AWS. Depending on your level, we can also work through practical troubleshooting scenarios and networking labs.
Lessons are customized for beginners, college/university students, IT professionals looking to move into networking, or anyone preparing for an entry-level networking or cybersecurity role.
I can also help students with networking resumes, job preparation, technical interview questions, and real-world troubleshooting scenarios. My goal is to help you understand the concepts, practice them hands-on, and become comfortable explaining them during an interview.
