About Tamara
Hello! My name is Tamara, and I am originally from Montenegro. My native language is Montenegrin, and I offer conversation-focused tutoring in Montenegrin, Serbian, Bosnian, and Croatian. I enjoy sharing the language, traditions, and everyday expressions that help people connect with the culture and each other.
Before moving to the United States, 25 years ago, I was a math and physics teacher. That experience taught me the importance of patience, clear explanations, and recognizing that everyone learns differently.
I clearly understand what it feels like to navigate life in another language and how valuable and welcoming a learning environment can be.
My goal is to give you authentic speaking experience rooted in my Montenegrin background. I would love to help you build confidence one conversation at a time.
