About Gautier
After my tinnitus appeared, more than 3 years ago, I had to find a way to channel the stress and anxiety they generated. So I trained myself in mindfulness meditation, especially at the Tergar Paris Institute. Today, I do not suffer any more, and it convinced me that meditation is an effective way to cope with the many suffering of everyday life (stress, insomnia, negative thoughts, chronic pain ...).

Hello to you, I hope, future students! My name is Gautier and I propose to you to discover, for beginners, or deepen, for the ambitious, the meditation of mindfulness and help you practice it daily. Depending on your preferences, your desires and your experience, we will experiment different objects of concentration (breathing, sensations, noises, thoughts, emotions or even pains!) Très bon moment et très bonne surprise !J'ai participé à un des cours dispensés par Gautier et c'était vraiment génial !
Etant débutant, je comprends facilement car il explique super bien. Parfait !
Je vais le revoir bientôt pour un deuxième cours.Gautier est venu nous donner un cours à domicile aujourd'hui. Il a vite sympathisé avec tout le monde, puis il a patiemment répondu aux questions de chacun avant de commencer la séance.
Clair et concis dans ses explications il s'adapte au niveau de chacun.
Nous avons tous progressé grâce à son cours.
