About Kaitlyn
My name is Kaitlyn Novak, and I am a graduate from Northwestern University with a degree in Mathematics Education. On top of that, every job position I have held in the past ten years has centered around the goal of helping others reach their full potential. I believe that building someone’s confidence in math can have incredibly positive effects on their confidence in themselves and their ability to rise to challenges. I have held positions as a math tutor, a school math interventionist, and a high school math teacher, so I am very familiar with many different approaches to helping students learn math in a way that makes sense to them.
