About Abigail
I'm a French girl who loves baking. I teach English and French but also sell cakes, macarons, and cupcakes. I like having that balance between my two passions, and teaching how to make macarons is another way of having this. Macarons are known to be hard to achieve, but once you know your way around your kitchen, you'll be able to make them yourself.

About the lesson

During this lesson, which should last around 3 hours, you will learn how to make French method macarons and a chocolate ganache. I will explain step by step so you can follow the instructions easily and we will do some troubleshooting. You will need to buy the ingredients before hand. Macarons can be personalized, make sure to tell me before the lesson :)
If you prefer to learn something else just tell me, I can always accommodate. For example classic French cuisine.

Abi is an excellent and insightful tutor who helped build my confidence with French. Details
Price is per person and per hour, the lesson lasts approximately 3 hours, so please book 3 hours. You will make between 20 and 40 macarons each. You can buy multiple hours at once to accommodate for a group (max 4 participants). Ex: for 2 people book 6 hours, for 3 people book 9 hours, for 4 people book 12 hours.
