About Swayam
Hi! I'm Swayam Raychoudhury, a practicing advocate and someone who genuinely enjoys teaching law being a passion. I have done my BBALLB(H) and also have completed my master's in law.
I know from experience that law can seem overwhelming at first. There are countless provisions, judgments, and legal principles to understand. That's why I focus on making the subject simple, practical, and interesting rather than expecting students to memorize everything.
Alongside my legal practice, I spend a lot of time researching the law, drafting pleadings, and studying judicial decisions. This allows me to bring real-life examples into my classes and show students how the law actually works beyond textbooks.
I enjoy working with students who are preparing for Judicial Services, CLAT PG, AIBE, LL.B. examinations, as well as those who simply want to improve their understanding of law. Every student has different strengths and challenges, so I try to adapt my teaching to suit each individual instead of following a one-size-fits-all approach.
My classes are interactive, discussion-based, and focused on building strong fundamentals. I encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and understand the reasoning behind legal principles. My aim is not only to help you score well in examinations but also to help you develop the confidence and analytical skills that every good lawyer needs.
For me, teaching is incredibly rewarding because I get to be a small part of someone's journey towards becoming a lawyer, judge, or legal professional. Seeing my students grow in confidence and succeed is one of the most satisfying parts of what I do.

Hello! I'm a practicing advocate, and I believe the best way to learn law is to understand not only what the law says, but also how it works in real life. In my classes, you'll learn the concepts behind the provisions, the reasoning adopted by courts, and the practical application of the law in litigation and legal practice.
Whether you're preparing for Judicial Services, CLAT PG, AIBE, LL.B. examinations, or simply want to strengthen your understanding of law, my classes are tailored to your individual goals and learning style.
I don't believe in teaching students to mug up Bare Acts or judgments. Instead, I focus on helping you understand the "why" behind every legal principle. Once the concepts are clear, remembering the law becomes much easier.
In our sessions, we'll discuss concepts in detail, discuss important case laws, solve legal problems, analyze judgments, and connect classroom learning with what actually happens in courts. If you're preparing for competitive examinations, we'll also work on answer writing, legal reasoning, and strategies to improve your performance.
You'll receive one-to-one guidance, regular doubt-clearing sessions, and a structured approach to learning. My aim is to make every class interactive, engaging, and easy to follow, no matter where you're starting from.
I teach a wide range of subjects, including Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Civil Procedure, Law of Contracts, Transfer of Property, Specific Relief, Family Law, Company Law, Arbitration, Administrative Law, Jurisprudence, Interpretation of Statutes, Labor Laws, and other LL.B. and Judiciary subjects.
Above all, I want my students to become confident legal thinkers not just successful exam candidates. Whether your dream is to become a judge, an advocate, a corporate lawyer, or simply excel in law school, I'll do my best to help you reach that goal.
