About Donald
I'm a former Marine and Sports athlete. I played Baseball, Basketball, and Football. I was good in Baseball and ok in the other 2 sports. I coached Basketball and Baseball. Being able to perform at your best you have to put the extra work in. Extra is the Key word. The Extra work I could have you doing will benefit you on and off the field or Court.

Jumping Rope is good for hand eye coordination. It helps with heart rates and blood flow. It can help with losing weight and building muscle at the same time. You can do it on your break at school or work. Start slow and work your way up.
