About Liliana
Since my early childhood I have been a passionate of food and cooking. As I grew older, loving sports and experiencing myself genetics and family health issues, I became more and more advocate to health and good eating habits.
I strongly believe that we can achieve any goal or overcome any condition with proper nutrition and habits.
I don't believe in fad diets but in healthy lifestyles derived from them combined with individual routines and needs.
As human beings we are all different and that is why generic or massive diets doesn't work the same for everyone, they need to be adapted not only to body unique composition, but also to personal activities and daily routines to make sure they will be successful and sustainable in the future.
Over the years I've helped many people to reach their desired weight or controlling chronic conditions, athletes to perform better through my stores and products that I decided to take a step further: Becoming a Holistic Nutritionist and Sport Nutrition Specialist and share with others all my experience and knowledge while doing what I love the most: advise and teach.
I've developed a unique method to help you reach your goals by introducing small changes in your daily eating routines without having to buy or follow unrealistic diets, so the big impact will be in your health, performance and weight and not on your wallet.
I will teach you how to eat without depending on apps, drs, or weight management plans forever.
